In August 2022 we were approached by a major company engaged in the sale of fuels and lubricants in the Kazakhstan market, concerning the issue of providing a legal opinion on taxes related to the presence or absence of the fact of a permanent establishment of a non-resident in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Having analyzed the issue, having studied contracts, additional agreements, acts of work performed, invoices, etc., we prepared a detailed legal opinion covering all aspects, and even a little more, of the question asked, giving a clear and reasonable answer to the question posed.
