On April 02, 2022 with the support of the National Bar Association the Managing Partner of the law firm “KAPLAN, LEE & PARTNERS” Alexander Kaplan held a webinar with the Chairman of the Administrative Board of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan A.S. Tukiev on the application of the administrative code of procedure.
The webinar was held at a high organizational level with a lot of interesting and problematic questions of both legal and law enforcement nature. More than 100 attorneys-at-law were actively asking the questions of theory and practice, and Mr. Tukiev answered them.
The webinar lasted almost 2 hours, and many questions were exhaustively answered. However, many questions remained unanswered due to lack of time, and therefore it was agreed to hold a similar webinar again.
